probably 4-5 times a week. My favorite meal right now is 1 cup of Jasmine rice mixed with 3 scrambled eggs with some salt and Creole seasoning

We alternate between rice, spaghetti and potatoes every meal. Sometimes we put potatoes and rice together, so about 1/3rd of the meals have rice.

Buckwheat has more taste than a rice itself.
All you need is some butter or olive oil and a pinch of salt. Buckwheat soba noodle is good enough too, just add ketchup and some meat.
