It isn't as bad as Belize or El Salvador, but there are a lot of foreigners at least in the bigger cities. Avoid Frankfurt, Bremen, Berlin and Cologne if you can't deal with drug addicts, and other trash.
There's a lot of salafism in NRW, but it's not that terrible. I'd move somewhere in Baden-Württemberg outside of Mannheim and Stuttgart. Make sure you find a job before you move here though, so you can afford living in a nicer area, the poor parts of the city are often full of uneducated turks.

Nicht er, aber das Problem ist, dass die Regierung mMn nicht hart genug ist, es muss einen integrationszwang geben, aber den sehe ich zumindest nicht. In den Großstädten nehme ich mehr Zigeuner wahr, vielleicht achte ich einfach mehr darauf, aber es ist gefühlt nicht mehr so sicher wie vor einigen Jahren. Wie gesagt, es ist nicht afghanistan, aber wir haben auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hier in meinem Bundesland.
