To answer OP's question: some do, mostly don't.
There were only 20000 aboriginals in Taiwan when the Dutch first "discovered" this island, now there are approxiamtely 500000-600000 aboriginals living peacefully side by side with ethnically Chinese Taiwanese. Last but not least, just like Black/white Americans,through constant interbreedings, there are a lot of Taiwanese have both chinese ancestry and indigenous one. (of course, the chinese ancestry is much more prevalent in the case)

Viets are not that different than southern Chinese to begin with which is where the majority of Taiwanese ancestors came from.
about Thai, I have no clue what a regular Thai should look like. The indigenous people in Taiwan mostly resemble with Maoris in New Zealand not residents on Indo-China.
However ethnic Chinese Taiwanese are still absolute majority in here just lots of us have perhaps 5-10% indigenous blood so the outcomes are easily leaning to Chinese ones.
