Sake tastes like alcoholic water that has had rice soaking in it for a couple days. I'm pretty sure you're supposed to drink it warm, and a bottle typically is supposed to be used up within a day or two. I probably wouldn't put it in the fridge. Alc content varies but it's a bit stronger than wine.
