I don't know what you mean by "best" breakfast. Breakfast here it's usually about coffee, café au lait, tea or hot chocolate with either cereals with milk or viennoiseries, or toast with butter and ham, cheese or jam. Most people have an orange or apple juice with that. Some even have eggs. I'm not sure there's a traditional french breakfast but this is a panel of what you can find in the modern one.
