I read a few analysis on the subject. Apparently the Ost Prussens and German Ost Prussens have the most legit claim to the territory followed by Lithuania. However, after the cost of unfuckig East Germany the Germans aren't that into the idea. Individually the exiled descendants could push the claim but most live good lives in Germany (we have some here as well) and don't want to return to fix a post-Soviet hellhole.
