What would a modern battlefield game look like with European factions

I don't understand why they never bothered with a European faction. Judging by the fact they already have 7+ confirmed factions with voicelines in BF1 (US, UK, German Empire, Russia, Italy, France, Ottomans), creating a Euro team wouldn't be too hard. I assume they would all speak German or French in a modern BF game?

I thought the standardized language was English in NATO, but what's the point of creating a Euro team if they're just going to speak the same as the US team with an accent?
