Yea, but there are exceptions. Paraguayans for example speak a mixture between guarani and spanish. But that's pretty much the only exception, then there are thousand of native languages spoken by small groups of natives. In countries like Guatemala there are mayan tribes living in the country who don't speak spanish at all. There's a documentary on Netflix about three american guys that lives some time in Guatemala with 1 dollar a day, it's called "Living on One Dollar" pretty interesting
