It's not raw egg. It's egg puttibg rice with soy source of material.
Japanese egg is veri clean to eat. So we put it on rice and put soy source.
But don't forget to shake up egg by chap stick before our egg on rice and put soy source this time after that put it on rice.
Then taste like a real meal.
Get clean raw egg and pls try this meal. World would loves egg putting rice with soy source. It's better of sushi

Is it common to have soup for breakfast?
They serve soup with scrambled eggs and bread at my hotel. You can choose 3 "western style" soups and 3 japanese ones.

They have sausages and eggs in the japnese soup. As a swede, i don't get this at all.
