I prefer Dürüms anyways, way more comfortable to eat.

Can't really remember the sauce that got used by most of the places, but it always came with raw mint and limes.Would never think of that combination, but it was truly mindblowing.

Nothing better than a nice Antakya style Dürüm/Kebap in general with a cold ass Ayran for lunch.

But the sweet side of the Turkish cuisine is nothing for me except for Künefe and that Maras icecream.How the fuck do they come up with such combos, I never thought that sweet stuff with cheese (which was pretty neutral) could taste good in any dimension, but that vacation trip completely changed my perception of Turkish cuisine and I fucking love it even more.

But no place I went to in Germany or other parts of Turkey even came close to Antakyas food.

But I think the Antakya cuisine may has more Arabic influences than other parts of Turkey, since pretty much every other guy spoke fluent Arabic there.

Damn I want to go back, but it's too close to Syria and the situation is pretty tense according to the stuff that recently happened.
