>tfw my dog is turning 14 tomorrow and is guaranteed to die within the next 2 years
Why did my first experience with death have to be my dog? He's my only friend in life.
May he RIP in the doggo's heaven
It never gets easier.

my 14 years old dog died last year, worse feels than the loss of my grandparents 2bh.
the sight of his faded vitality as he keeps losing his fur is an absolute misery a month before he die
>Dogs about 8 and 9
>may never see them again
>won't be able to give them what little ease I can in their last moments
I was born be the worst I can be, and become numb to it.
My dog it's 11 years old, hes a mix of french poodle and schnauzer.
I really love him, it's a great company
I am aware that he have a few of years left.
I guess that the only thing i can do is use the time with him
Also: Before he die, i want to take him to the beach or the snow
>father, both brothers and all grandparents dead
it's a dog mate, you can buy another one

The pathetic decline to death is the hardest part. The final days are just cleaning up after an incontinent animal that can't care for itself, thinking about the good times you had together that you will never experience again, and all that's left now is a slow and painful slog to the end where you're the only one left and the whole experience seems like a painful waste of time.
I love animals and grew up with many pets as a kid but I could never have a pet of my own. Most people seem to think the good memories are enough of a reason, and I wish I could too, but the sadness in the final days is more than I can take.

Hello /r/4chan !!!
how long do medium to small sized dogs live? mine is like 8 years old
Ha pussy faggot.
You should have been born the youngest in an old family like I was.
Close family have been dropping like flies around me since I can remember.
(jk a ton of people I love are dead, cherish what you have)
>had a doggo for 17 years
>the only non-douchebag doggo i've ever known
>had over 20 dogs and cats in my life and loved every single one of them
>none survived more than 5 years before they either get trapped/poached and sold to as livestock or poisoned by cunt neighbors and thieves
It hurt lads

>t. Never had a doggo pal in my life
Maybe explain your predicament on why your entire male family is dead instead of lashing out at dog owners
