It's a fact at this point that within ~50 years the Netherlands will sink to the depths of the ocean like Atlantis. Why aren't Dutchies building buildings that float to save themselves?
Burgers will keep shitting on the Kyoto agreement, CO2 will continue to rise, it's only a matter of time.

If the water level rises enough to cross our dykes, it is also high enough to flood most coastal cities in Europe.
Difference is that we already have the most experience keeping back the sea, and have lots of infrastructure in place that just needs to be enlarged instead of created anew.

The whole game is meant to be very pride cometh before the fall for Ryan's ultra capitalism. Though most of it is a little bit indescribably artificial.
