You know, as a Britbong I do hate to say this - but he kind of has a point. I mean, literally the entire reason the age of exploration got started was because we couldn't grow spices at home, which meant our food tasted like shit, so we had to sail round over the other side of the world to get spices.

Speaking as someone who is right now sitting at his desk in four layers of clothing and is still cold, our weather really is shit. And our food - although it has gotten better in recent years - was traditionally just grease and fat and beef. I will even acknowledge that, as they age, French women age more gracefully.

On the other hand, French women have literally made it illegal for French men not to be cucks. That and the fact that the UK, unlike France, is still culturally relevant means I won't be trading in my shit food, shit weather and fugly women any time soon.
