Many Mughal meat dishes have aloo in it. I once tried aloo gosht at my Pakistani friend's place. First time I ate aloo with mutton. But now whenever I make mutton or keema at home, I always put aloo in it.

As I said earlier I don't usually order keema when I eat out and my family is from Rajasthan so the way the food is cooked in our home is different.
