Not really, Turkic, Iranic, Arab cultures all give their kids muslim (arabic) names as well as native cultural names that are not arabic and come from preislamic times.

Pakis almost never give their kid a name that isn't arabic in origin or persian. pakis never give their kids native punjabi/sindhi etc. names or names derived from indian culture.

It is slang derived from the Hindi word for India, Bharat. As I said before it is not really popular, except among a small group of butthurt minorities. Nobody uses it in real life. BJP couldn't win in Bihar for two reasons

1. BJP was in alliance with JDU for 4 years, where massive development and progress was made thanks to them, but where the JDU CM took all the credit (Last year when the alliance was broken things went downhill)
2. Bihar is an extremely backwards state with massive amounts of corruption, crime, and caste politics. Bihar has less GDP per capita than Bangladesh it is one of the poorest regions on the planet. All those backwards images you see of India comes from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Democracy quite literally does not work here. People will just vote for whoever shares their last name and who pays them.

My point is that you're not central asian, you're mostly Indic people who've adopted persianate aspects on top of your indic culture. However many of those persianate things were adopted by all Indians, for example the Sitar was Amir Khusro's instrument, but is undoubtedly Indian and not Persian, it plays Indian Ragas not Persian music.

I am aware that Central Asians have migrated to South Asia. I'm aware there are people with distant central asian ancestry.

However I've yet to see evidence that either the majority of Pakistanis do in fact have a substantial amount of Central Asian ancestors nor have I seen that the central Asian genetic impact is significant enough to override the Indic ones, so that we can stop thinking of Pakistanis as being genetically indic people.
