Cold Mountain was mostly shot here,at least the outdoor scene that make up most of the movie.

But in "what could have been" category: Kubrick wanted to do a movie about Napoleon and film the battle scenes here since Romania agreed to provide like 60.000 soldiers and 10.000 actual cavalry. It would have been fucking epic to see battle reenactements at full scale with manoeuvres and shit.
