The term furries is very very disingenuous.

Most furries do not do it for the 'fur' AND this includes myself. The majority of 'furries' are attracted to 3 things that make us want to be an animal

1. The mind of an animal
Most of us furries love the idea of thinking like an animal. All we want is to fuck and eat and sleep. When I am in my fursuit that is all I worry about. It is escapism. Normal people spend £2000 on a holiday to Jamaica, we spend £300 on a good fursuit. Naturally this is why nobody who is a furry dresses as a monkey, elephant, magpie etc because these animals have higher brain function and take us out of it

2. The pelt of an animal
We love the feeling of the skin of an animal so putting fur on allows us to pretend our skin is animal skin, it helps with immersion, we often roleplay by pretending to 'skin' each other by cutting chunks of each others fursuits off then digging the knife into the skin.

3. The life of an animal
Who doesn't want this?

These things are mostly sexual but at most 10% of 'furries' actually find fur sexy.

One day, while i was visiting in Helsinki, i was sitting in a cafe in Itäkeskus, which is a popular mall/bedouin camping area.
