Y'know I always wondered if Muslims are really into hentai. When we left Iraq, ISIS didn't have a foothold.
If you want to blame someone, blame the Gulf for supplying them with charity funds, Syria for shipping them there, and Iran for disenfranchising the Sunnis after we left. Face it, once the USA took out the existing regime the only way to hold back sectarian civil war is keep their troops there and get more of them killed. If they didn't topple the existing regime in the first place they'd have every incentive to keep this sectarian violence contained and there would be no need to get American troops killed for an "Iraqi freedom" that never worked out that well in the first place.
