If someone has a Japanese citizenship but is not capable of speaking Japanese, he/she will be treated as gaijin.

Some autistic people (very few people) still have a negative thought about half Chinese, but most of us don't give a shit about it even tough you disclose it to others.
People rather respect him/her if he/she can speak Japanese and Chinese fluently.
