When the current president dies, how would a new one be chosen? Democratically, hereditarily, or otherwise?
I'd open the country up, remove the personality cult stuff, Ruhnama, and Turkmenbashi statues, and allow western corporations to open there like McDonald's, 7-Eleven, Apple, etc. Foreign cars would flow in and the empty white city would become a lively metropolis with actual people walking around.
I would promote Orthodoxy and Catholicism and remove the Muslim influence from government and schooling.

But anyway, I think it would be interesting to visit the place and meet the people.
Does anyone speak English there? If they are so closed, how much knowledge of the outside world do you think they would have?
