depends on what kind of art you make. so far I've heard manga studio has absolutely amazing brushes for lineart. sai is very light and simple. photoshop is very useful for coloring and finishing due to its wide library for brushes and many options to mess around with colors.

I use Manga Studio and I love it, but if you're not big into line work I would recommend just pirating Photoshop

I know Manga studio is fairly inexpensive, so I'll gladly pay out for that.
