Before you start pushing paint around, make sure you've nailed the underlying drawing first. Drawing a human body in a dynamic pose like that and making it look sexy is way too tough a task to do in one shot. You need to break it down into manageable steps.

Something like:

step 1: thumbnails, looking for best pose/angle
2: find good thumbnail, refine pose with primitives (form figure out of boxes, cylinders, spheres, figuring out perspective and pose)
3:refine drawing, figure out anatomy
4:refine drawing some more, figuring out costume, details
steps 5-10:refine drawing more
11: basic colors/underpainting
steps 12-15: render

trying to do everything at once is a recipe for crashing and burning.
