This is pretty convoluted. Honestly just keeping essential information about body proportions in mind, grinding parts and also doing quick sketches of the body in different poses is working for me. Saved, but not sure I'll personally get a lot out of this.

Also if he's going to be this meticulous, he should probably show exactly what the process for so called 4th 5th and 6th+ mastery level looks like but he only goes up to "almost 3rd".
