Art is in passion + profession for me (leaning far more toward passion). What I'm actually doing as a career is close to ikigai, I think. But it still doesn't pay very well, and I'm not sure if the world needs it. I don't think the world "needs" anything.

Not even bragging but pretty close to the center.

But I want to own my own business. It used to be for the money, but now I actually want to do it for the fame/satisfaction/legacy.

When I'm working I'm the "feel empty" and when I'm doing my own thing I'm the "no money". In the process of trying to find how to make the middleground work.

At first I thought I'd be "ikigai" in the middle, and initially when I saw "deligh and fullness, but now wealth" I related as a kind of poor freelance illustrator.

I'm in passion as an artist but recently found my true calling may be oyabun since I've been making a shit ton of money, possitive change in my locality and having a lot of fun managing a paid protection program.

I guess that satisfaction, but feeling of uselessness. Nothing I've done has been on a grand scale, it's all been for short-term gain. Working on changing that.
