That's a tribute book, a bunch of artists draw a pic each, and write a little blurb about Street Fighter. Quality varies widely. If you want official Street Fighter art, buy something else.

The only good Street Fighter artists for the comic are Chamba (when he isn't stylizing, his personal style is kind of shit but the stuff he does for Udon is pretty nice), Omar Dogan for females (and that's sometimes questionable), Iron Pinky (I forget his real name but that's his Instagram tag) but his style is incredibly cartoonish, but in a good way imo, and Long Vo (Vostalgic on Instagram). He's pretty good overall. There's a few I'm missing and some occasional guests (Genzoman does the covers for the Street Fighter comic series right now) but I urge you to look at all their Instagram accounts before you drop the money on any books cause that's the gist of what you'd be getting. They've been the ones drawing the Street Fighter comics for the last 5 years or so, iirc. But I'm sure there'd be official concept artwork and stuff in it, too. Just do your homework cause their styles aren't for everybody.
