Actually have a mini murals project goin on to add more graffiti and street art around town. After someone started painting on the street light control boxes the city decides to do an artist call so more than one style gets put on these things.....currently tyna get selected.

You probably don't like anything in the avantgarde category then. Tagging is a performance first and foremost, and puts you at a constant danger of being caught, or even killed / brutally beat up. Seeing someone's logo all over a huge city means that they had to risk putting it there every time they went out. Though, smartphones have destroyed the culture in some regard because people just stare at the screen 9 times out of 10 and wouldn't even notice a huge mural, let alone a writing.
