do you guys critique composition, lighting (or in your case shading/illumination) etc?

or just stick to brush strokes and what not?

would it be alright if i made threads here to display and converse about my work? /p/ is dead and summer killed it, too much drama and gearfaggotry happening and all the good/old photographers are gone.

I read the rules and there isn't any mention of photography being allowed or not allowed. I understand there may be a certain threshold of quality of photographs to be accepted here, no snapshits and whatnot.

i'd be happy to allow (you) to draw/paint my photos if anyone would like to do so.

Photography has a completely different set of goals and standards, and has no place in drawing and painting threads. If you just want attention, create a Tumblr or Instagram.

alright taht sounds good, i have landscapes but i reckon most of my photos are suitable for draw and art, maybe like a challenge thing for those who dont have a subject to draw? how about the one i posted in OP?
