I love the concept of graffiti. A shitty street name tag is still a show of artistic intent on the most individual name. Much like an animal releasing a scent, it shows that someone stopped and decided that it was an important area for SOMETHING.

I'm looking for bright paints that will work on concrete and that are specifically non toxic to fish. Just want to be mindful that any drips could end up in a fresh water canal with fish. Any suggestions?
