good job, keep it up. it really is getting better. the last one's hair on our right looks off somehow, make it darker at least because it's pulling a lot of attention for something with little importance in the composition, and it's odd how it doesn't have a gradation while the rest of the hair is heavily gradated.

good point. in most scenarios it's good to save extreme darks for accents. This is not without exceptions however, but it's a good rule when learning.
