I want to stat doing printmaking. Any tips or ideas on where to start?
I'm curious too.
Been thinking about getting some stuff for linocut printmaking since that seems to be the cheapest and easiest option for a beginner.
Anyone have some experience with this?
No one else interested?

Linocuts can be done without an expensive press, a spoon will be just fine.

I'm interested to see what the ic has to say.
There's tutorials and stuff online but it's sort of overwhelming and assumes you have some experience. Examples on how other people started would be nice.

This is pretty rare on the states and european countries now a days.
If you really wan to learn this go to some latinoamerican country.
Mexico and Argentina are two of the best countries to go they all have a large tradition of printmaking o "grabado"
Try checking out diferent styles

I have to go now but if you want later I can give you some resources and references.
Consider that I am in no way a pro and that this is all from experience from a Mexican college drop ut who used to sneak into the art faculty.
