Birds particular features are what makes them recognizable. Best bet would be to look at references of crows and compare them with other birds (like the blackbird) to see what makes them stand-out.

The beak is particular and most recognizable, but pay attention to the rump, mantle, tail... basically what makes it a crow and not just a bird. For example, your crow doesn't have crow eyes. Same for his toes, crows have toes which would put a pigeon to shame.
