The shape of the breast is somewhat like a bag full of sand, gravity makes em drop in similar ways. They should hang/start dropping at the upper part of the ribcage, around armpit level, not in the middle, thats a bit too low... I was about to reply with a titty tutorial explaining the basics of any till I remembered the point of the thread (please dont take my drawing as an example of correct tits anatomy, its not)

It's p cute. Excellent doge. However, as it is now, the "Murder" gets lost in the visual noise of the hair. Color should help alleviate that, but it might be worth considering simplifying part of the hair so the text has a better time standing out. Or scooching around the text itself, possibly referencing ads or something for more ideas on composition. Also, the "M" leaving the page kinda needs the figures to also be touching the edge(s).

And of course, a good way to test the readability of text is to check the thumbnail.

Perspective is kinda fucked and the anatomy needs work, but better than a lot of shit you see. . Stylistically feels kinda generic and bland, but it's a popular style that's very much in demand, so I can't really fault you there. Looks like a fine beginner to intermediate level piece. Keep it up and you'll make it pretty soon!
The only real problems with it are your colors and line control. The choice of palette is actually quite nice, with a very muted feel, but your tonal range is virtually nonexistent. Adding a greater range of lights and darks (think how dark you could make the shadows on the skirt, trees and insides of the legs) is a relatively easy way to make your piece much more visually interesting.
As for line control, your lines look very shaky. It looks like you drew this on a tablet, so it might be an issue with sensitivity, but ultimately the best fix is probably just to practice more, until you get a steadier, more confident hand.

Thank you for the actual crit. I'll try to fix those things in other work. The colors are basic because I was trying to stick to momijis colors. But I try to add more color and I usually don't do backgrounds. This was kinda a first attempt.
