That doesn't mean your drawing wasn't seen or got lost. It means it is so plain and uninteresting no one bothered to reply. That itself is a reply and it means there's something wrong you've been doing and you need to change it.

Analyze your art and discover your flaws yourself. This goes for your character too, if no one replies, you yourself analyze and determine if it looks better with glasses or not. You don't need to start a thread, so don't be surprised if people is hostile and think you're just fishing attention and compliments.

Regarding your character, she looks like something straight out of a christian magazine. No one dresses like that anymore. If that's what you were aiming for, congrats.
