1. What do you think about my first hand drawn animation ever?
>Pic related
2. How do I improve? Video tutorials, books etc on hand drawn animations?
3. Anything else I might need?
Remove the chromatic abberation, it adds nothing
>>3062727
It does add something.
Chromatic aberration.
>>3062729
Well remove it because it looks ugly.
>>3062734
No. I didn't ask for your style guidance. I asked what you think about the animation itself.
>>3062740
basic, flat, static, boring
>>3062770
I know it's shit. I'm asking your dumbasses what I can do to improve, what to read on hand drawings, video tuts etc.
Fuck, you guys are retarded lmao.
>>3062727
This
>>3062777
When you cut skin, you need to apply directional pressure to the face. So the face needs to change to reflect that. Go take some mirror selfies of you pressing a pen to your face at the same angle the cut is being made with varying degrees of pressure and draw those.
Secondly, moving your eyes to the side is really unnatural feeling and it's unnatural to watch. When people look in a direction, their head moves.
I like the chromatic aberration, it gives it that VHS rental low-fi adult animation a e s t h e t i c

Oh, also look at what cuts actually look like before drawing them. They're not simple lines.
what programs would one even use to animate hand drawn stuff
