I need some photos of nudes (not porn) as painting references. Am I going to have any issues?

Post source first.

>Reverse image search picture of Aria Giovanni
>Google spits out bunch of shirtless dudes.
>>3061774
Like the guy said, it's Aria Giovani. You can find it easily enough on pornhub. That was an idea I had, that I could you stills from softcore solo stuff but unfortunately they're way too low res.
>>3061797
personally I find low res references just fine
they feel less restrictive creatively, if that makes sense. it's the big picture I'm interested in rather than the details

>Pick up photos from Tesco
>Bump into someone
>Spill them all over the floor
>Shoppers gasp and stare in horror
>T...They are for my artwork, honest officer!
>In with the other nonces sonny!

See what I mean?
>>3061892
like said, personal preference
but I like working from blurry pics like these.
with more detailed photos I have to make the conscious effort to ignore all the tiny ass detail and focus on what's important. forest for the trees etc.
>>3061755
google "solo girls galleries". it's nude females just posing without sex.
>>3061865
why would anyone give a fuck what your weirdo ass is up too?

Am going to tell you something important OP.
If you want to learn to better draw and paint the human form, you're better off learning the anatomy. As in musculature and skeletal anatomy of the body. It will give you a better understanding of what you looking at.
P.S., using erotic themed nudes are extremely limiting.

>prefer low resolution images
Makes me long for the pre-HD age

Buy a printer or use a tablet if you are so worried about teenagers snickering to themselves when they see the photos you print out.
>>3061977
They've probably got all sorts of copyright on them.
>>3061961
Nice job.
>>3062068
>all sorts of copyright
Thousands of hundreds of copywright
>>3061961
Yeah that's badass.

He did it in like 5 minutes, dude.
>>3062231
1 hour technically

Thanks for going to the trouble :) The "skull of andrew pearce" thread is me if you feel like tackling my problem there.
>>3062250
your proportions are off, you can't see that?
>>3062250
not sure what the problem is, the skull being smaller and off-center just makes the comp better imo
>>3062254
I can spot a few mistakes (like the back of the head), but I don't care if it isn't exact. I can always fix it later. I'm more concerned about the table it's resting on.
>>3062255
That was probably my thinking at the time (I started it ages ago but only recently tried to finish it) and that I'd be able to figure out later how to fill in what isn't in the reference. Now that I need to do it I'm a bit stuck.
>>3062269
I honestly don't feel like it needs anything to "fill" the space, you could probably just smoothen out some of the gradients and call it done.
I've ran into similar stumbles when trying to paint in trad, since you can't easily move elements around, a composition can end up looking very different from what you thought it was when starting the painting
I've come to the conclusion it's best to finalize the composition on paper or pc first before carefully copying it onto the canvas to avoid any surprises.

Thanks, Anon. I'll play around with it a bit more though. Not as forgiving as digital like you said but you can paint over mistakes at least.
I can take some photos for you...
