Anybody got any tricks to get good mental control so you can just focus and grind?

Inability to focus in most cases are due to the lack of QUALITY REST.
Like sleeping. Browsing internet is NOT rest, but one of the causes of fatigue.
Meditation and a slow progression of increased attention.
Get rid of any distractions, no internet, no tv, no games, no toys of any kind, etc.. Go to a park, a library or anywhere where you can be alone, I've heard that writers will often go to hotels to force themselves to write.

Try plain eir, just go outside and shut off your phone. Drive out of the city if your self concious or just take a notebook out to the park, draw some cars or nature or people ect. I have an app called multi timer that i use to track how many hours i draw vs how many i slack off and watch youtube tutorials on how to be productive. Yesterday i had 10hrs wasted and 2h painting. Really is a wake up call, how many hours do you think you spend not working? Could be more than you think. Everyone here has the right idea though, you have to get rid of your distractions
