Black people have different facial features than white people. It's not better or worse but you have to be one blind mother fucker to say there isn't. The premise that drawing caricatures of blacks is racist sort of hinges on the premise that black people are inferior, and that anything that exaggerates their defining traits is insulting because their defining traits are innately insulting.

you just don't understand IQ tests. IQ tests measure pattern recognition ability, which somehow strangely correlates positively with just about every definition of intelligence we've come up with so far.

I understand why you don't like IQ tests, because certain people score higher than others and that makes you mad, but they're pretty reliable as a way to measure general cognitive ability.
