Is that one of these kids from Warframe?
>>3056946
Yeah, but aged up to my taste.
After 2 years, I'm still shit tier
2010 vs 2017
My first watercolor vs a part of my latest.

Draw less anime
>>3057110
hahahaha hooboy did the colors somehow saturate themselves like crazy while saving
>>3057110
>>3057113
Okay, a little less CMYK this time.

After is markedly better. Much more expressive and it's more obvious what's happening in each frame. Don't beat yourself up so much! You still have room for improvement but that doesn't mean you haven't been improving.
>>3057110
You improved, but this is abysmal progress for 7 years

> draw a dumbass creature in 2010
> draw human/humanoids in 2017
Sorry, but I'd take you seriously if either piece shared anything more in common than the fact that they're done in watercolor. But my bad, I'll post two related concepts next time.
Some of the drawings I could find from 2013 and 2014, and some of the ones I liked from 2017. Wasn't really active during 15 or 16.
I feel like I should have gotten a bit further than I am, I haven't even touched value or color yet. The grind continues I guess.

thats badass, good work.
>>3057686
the only piece in this thread that isnt embarassing
>>3057686
damn good. Question, your drawing has more straight angular lines than curves. I see it in other sketches like this too. Why is that?
>>3057928
Not original poster, but my guess is that it's to get a better grasp on the shapes that make up the body. Usually in the art process, the polishing of these angles is done later AFAIK

Superb!
