Any d/ic/ks stream on twitch? I feel like we could get a decent community going and learn together faster

You guys should consider Picarto too
I remember a few members of /las/ did stream before I quit, probably check in with them.

Nobody uses picarto lol
Well, is there any interest in a community learning group? Like either a twitch stream or youtube channel where /ic/ actually works through educational material together? We could go through How to Render or perspective made easy exercise by exercise or do still lives together weekly or something

Be the change you want if it doesn't exist. /ic/ used to have a stream group but it lasted a month or 2.
Maybe what is needed is a dedicated website, like what we used to have in the sticky, that lists current streams of artists here so that others can jump in at any point. And a small comment section for w/e. It has to be painless enough so that it doesn't become hassle for the person posting the link.
And it is this communities job to promote the site so that it doesn't die in a month.

I would love to be the change but I'm a laymen as far as most tech related things go. Creating a dedicated website for instance is so far over my head I wouldn't even know how to begin.
I do believe that /ic/ could benefit from a classroom environment with dialogue and communication between students. Many of us work in a vacuum and are only exposed to lectures (tutorials)

As much as I'd enjoy having a group of people starting on certain material, as having rivals/ other peoples progress on the same execises I just don't see it feasibly happening with how far apart this community is with skill levels, aside from the people who post here that don't actually draw but say "they'll start eventually". (yes I'm projecting) You'd have to sort out a system, have people sign up for the "course" for whatever material you'd choose, have a schedule, and have them all keep pace.

We used to have loomisloves.us; I think the creator lost interest or couldn't afford it.
