I'd avoid 4 year schools because they throw a lot of bs at you (extra fees, general education) and you won't learn much and the teachers will be literally whos

Steve Ahn's classes have been sold out since June.

From what I know about this industry, it's kind of difficult to get in and there are no set routes into it. Creative Skill Set told me to do tick courses to help me get a foot in the door. Would these courses do it better than actual schools? And what courses should I think about taking?

Sorry for asking too many questions. I really want all the help I can get.

"real" school lets you meet and talk to classmates.
But you can just do that by seeking out people online and arranging online meets or irl meets.
No need to pay money just to meet people who will probably be as clueless/unskilled as you are.
