Start with the large, basic shapes. Divide into smaller clumps. Add detail and loose strands.

Hair is made up of individual strands but doesn't look good when drawn or painted as such. Hair naturally tends to stick a little to itself and form clumps. These clumps are what you should draw.

Just draw more and experiment with how you draw hair.
Do lots of small sketches, and don't get caught up in making everything 'perfect'.

you wanna think long lines that end in spikes or curves and if you got more time, make the spikes slimmer and more curvy
