Will these timed gesture drawing things help me? I found this website (https://line-of-action.com) that does time gestures. Is this a good idea? What would be the best way to truly profit off of these quick gestures. I was thinking doing them fast and then do each one except with shapes (No time limit) and finish them. What do you think?

I think timed gestures are good in that they prevent you from over-detailing, but negatively they rush those trying to learn or develop gesture. 100x shitty not-gesture gesture drawings teach you nothing. Gesture is either gesture or it isn't.
