Lines are scratchy and don't help show form all that well.
The metal doesn't provide enough context of the environment (even though he's in white space) and is rendered way more than anything else, giving an "off" feel.
I like the powerful pose, but i think having the sword angled downwards slightly would help create a sense of a "imposing triangle" composition.

If it's a study/artist copy then whatever.
