OP's skull is rotated slightly upwards.
If you want to do a paintover the lower plane of the jaw should be slightly downward tilted

not everybody got the same teeth, jaws form, positioning and also they are the single part of the head which moves, you picked the worst thing in a skull to tell it's orientation

No worries my dude. So the eye is way to close to the nose, I'd recommend making it bigger. The ear is way to small, make that bigger. The hair has way to many little details I recommend taking a bigger brush and just getting the essentials. Overall not bad but I would recommend studying some profiles this week.

Appears to be a caucasoid male. Women's skulls have a more vertical forehead and sloped parietal, and negroid skulls tend to have different ocular orbits and arrangements of teeth.

Notice there is a line for the front of the face as well. If you look through most of the submissions, they seem to be either looking up or have a really protruded jaw.
Maybe it's correct and the person really had an unnatural protruding jaw.

Overall not bad. Proportionally it works. The only thing that is letting you down here is the lighting it is relatively accurate but still has a pillow shaded feel to it. Overall nice work but make sure to do some Rapoza esc head studies, which is 9 times from reff and 9 times from memory. If you need to study values then emply the Rigney method which is to paint it once while paying close attention and then do it from memory (having a limited palate helps)

Nice proportions brahh. Try using a harder brush for proper edge control. The eye is too white. She's in an orange environment so it sticks out like a sore thumb. Same thing for the lips. They look too red. One thing you could try is duplicate your painting layer and do:

Image/Adjustments/Match Color

And you pick the original skull as source. Then you fuck around with the opacity of this layer to get a nice orange wash over the thing.
