How do I get inspiration to draw some cool lewd poses? I see

If you don't have the spark for lewd poses and aren't always thinking about them, then you'll need to read and watch lewd things. Study them like anything else in art.

look at other porn/hentai/whatever, try to find poses that strike you and replicate them with an idealized version of it

Try to tell a story.

It doesn't even have to be a good story, that doesn't matters for raw visual art. Something to make it easier for you, like "This girl was scared of having sex at this location but she is still submissive enough to please her boyfriend." And then translate that to her body language.

Nothing wrong with using a human ref for a pose. It's only tacky when it's copied to a degree where it's essentially traced. Or if you use refs 100% of the time and rely on them.

Even that is okay sometimes. Some people make a living out of it. Most of us find if something is too close to the reference its sort of less appealing.

Sometimes its still appealing but knowing what the reference is and seeing it ruins the magic.

Like Moebius was a wicked amazing artist who drew extremely well without a reference - but he still used references like CRAZY, and sometimes they were super close to the final drawing, but it never ruined it for me unless I saw the actual ref. Then I was like. Aww, it's barely changed. Ruined the magic.

But it doesn't make me think any less of Moebius, who used unbelievably accurate perspective and could draw like a freak. (See him draw from his head on tac au tac)
