Secondly make an account of every platform you can think of. Twitter, instagram, Tumblr etc. and post your artwork there or if you can't post nsfw post crops and links.

Fastest way to promote a porn patreon.

1. Draw hard stuff. HARD. Hentai, cumshots, that will get you 4 times the traffic as soft things like pinups would.

2. Don't censor your hard stuff. When you open that tumblr, twitter or DA your first 5 posts should be completely uncensored hard stuff.
You can censor it after that.

3. Start off with something huge. Immediately launch into Overwatch or League of Legends.

4. Sugar coat the truth, say you work at a game company, or you do illustration for warner brothers or something. You don't have to prove it, sending a job application is enough to make you feel comfortable with the lie. You're looking for a way to get credibility immediately so people don't feel like they're throwing their money down a black hole.

5. Anime style is the easiest to market, the cuter the better.

The first thing is to create a following for yourself. Use twitter, since nowadays it's full of porn there, draw a famous artist's OC and send it to him, if he's a nice guy he'll retweet and people will see your art.

It's not like it's any secret, the information is out there you just need to use your head and research.

The absolute best places to go are deviantart and hentai-foundry imo.

I just started doing this maybe 4 weeks ago OP and it starts slowly but does pick up.
At first I got no followers nor that much attention but after 2 weeks they started rolling in. Someone reposted my work to reddit and it got 1000 up votes which got me a lot of traffic, and from there it sort of snowballed.

In the last 3 days I've gotten almost 100 watchers on dA too, there is a surprisingly large adult art community there (nudity is fine but showing erect penises, penetration and bodily fluids is a no no fyi). I just made this account, my pictures are getting no less than 100 favs too.
The best way to advertise yourself is to submit your art to groups.

Tumblr has been slow to start and hasn't really picked up that much desu. I'm at 50 followers but my posts don't really get that many notes. People are ok liking it but it's rarely reblogged, I think my current followers don't like reblogging porn for whatever reason. It will probably pick up though.

Surprisingly twitter has been the worst for me, I have maybe 15 followers and they don't interact. That's fine though, it doesn't hurt to post and see what happens.

I haven't tried Instagram because of their no nudity policy. But it's probably the best place overall to receive a following. My main account has gotten almost 50 followers in the last few days. You can try there but I can't give advice on how to advertise lewds.

Make sure you link your profiles in the descriptions of all your pictures too, it's how people follow you to other sites.
Posting fan art and doing gift art for popular artists definitely is the way to go. Like someone else said, it makes their audience interact with you.
On my main I did fan art of venusangelic once and got a lot of likes and followers because of it. It wasn't even good, it was just a quick doodle. It's probably the easiest way to get attention.

All in all it's a process that takes time. I hope in a year I can sustain myself if I keep going at this rate, we'll see. I haven't gotten much interest in patreon yet but if you keep updating it over the next few months you should get a few contributors, which looks better because there'll be access to a big backlog of stuff.

I've seen plenty of artists who are bad but make money on patreon just because they advertise themselves. If you are consistent then it's possible for you to be making money too.

Also, I have a decent following on my main accounts but I'm not linking them or associating them. You never know what might happen in the future and you don't want this kind of thing linked to you just incase. It sucks starting from nothing but if you keep at it you won't even need your initial fanbase anyway.

Want to get reblogs and views on tumblr, just draw some popular tumblr artists OC, theyll always reblog it. You can get reblogged by completing their animations.

Yeah, I'll definitely end up doing that for sure. It hasn't really been that much time but I feel that things are going well considering, so I hope to keep up this pace and continue to work hard.
I actually have done animations (it's what I'll expect I'll do mainly since they get a lot of attention and people will pay the most for their creation) but I've not gotten much success on Tumblr as of yet. But that can change and in a few months could have a lot of reblogs, who knows.
Just have to keep making content.
