Well, I just rearranged it today, so technically nothing yet. I was hoping to start a thread about workspace theory.

It's a bit cramped, but I get that you probably don't have a lot of space.
The only serious issue is your lighting. One LED is not enough. You should have two, at least at a 45 degree angle from each other, and 70-100watts in each (or equivalent in LED). It looks like the one you have isn't strong enough to evenly light the entire canvas, that's a serious issue.
I have two like this on top of my easel, side by side. They don't have to be specifically for art, you can find cheaper. I also have two lights on my drafting board.

Good suggestion. I was thinking of investing in those expensive "natural light" lamps, LED's tend to be a little blue.
Looks quite cozzy. I see vent in the back, but is it enough for oil?

I've never needed a huge ammount of ventilation for oils, they're not like spraypaint or anything (just don't whack your brush like Bob Ross, its how he died of lung cancer they say). But the vent is attached to a huge suction fan that leads directly outside.

I have a tablet too, I've been using digital since the first corel paint came out. It just feels like wearing a condom while jerking off is all.
It could really use some shelves for more flat surface to place things on, and perhaps drawers. The cork board doesn't seem sturdy enough.
