Don't use pure black to color as it doesn't look good. Use 75% grey or navy.

Your panels, characters, everything really are way too close together. Space things out so that everything reads better. I suggest you analyze comics you like and see how they do it, or pick up Scott McCloud's understanding comics.

The expressions in the final panel are shitty, somehow too simplistic and over-detailed at the same time. Tone it down a bit, and like the other anon said use lighter colors than pure black so things are easier to read.

PS: Villainous sucks.
