Dunno if this is a shitpost or not but i'll roll with it, i wanna practice giving advice. First of all, it's fairly good, you managed to get the character's core characteristics right (i can see you had a reference image to help you portray the characters as they look).
I could suggest you try to study the SU style a bit more.
Rewatch a few eps and pause the episode when the character you want to draw appears and try to draw it's mannequin (example: pic related)

I'm not a fan of tracers (the ones that trace and then claim the art as theirs), but you could trace for knowledge purposes like to figure out how the shapes that conform a character work. (i'm not at home rn so the example was shittily made with a trackpad, sorry. and i'll probably come back with more tips+try to answer your doubts if you have any).

forgot to mention, in pic related i measured pearl using her head. That's how I usually measure a stylized character.
