I kind of agree with >>3022348, for me with painting I need a LOT of uninterrupted hours/days for the shit that I'm trying to learn to really manifest, and if I go out and get smashed I'm not doing shit the next day cuz I'm hungover/tired then the day after that I feel like I have to relearn what I was doing the last time I was painting and I'm just slower in general. The last 3 weeks I've completely isolated myself and desu I've made more progress than in the 2 months before that cuz everythings fresh in my head and I'm giving it time to marinate....nomsayn, I just think flow state is really important if you're trying to make serious progress and for me I definitely do need to cut back on socializing for it

But that being said I'm not making myself a miserable cunt cuz 1. I actually enjoy the process and 2. I'll socialize if I need a break
